You can ask us to delete the personal information the Incites platform, operated by SKomp Studio (1001594827 Ontario Ltd.), holds about you at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what happens next.
Send a deletion request using either method below:
To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If your data was used for advertising measurement — for example, because you arrived from a Facebook/Instagram or Google ad and a studio using Incites Marketing measured a conversion — you can request deletion here as well. When we process your request, we remove your profile details from the Incites platform and, where applicable, send deletion requests to the advertising platforms (Meta and Google) that received hashed identifiers about you.
On a verified request, we remove your profile details across the Incites platform — health information, your phone number and date of birth, emergency contacts, and any notes a studio kept about you — along with marketing attribution records and hashed advertising identifiers. We retain a limited set of records where we are legally required or permitted to: your signed waiver, as a legal record; your bookings and transaction records, as accounting records for tax purposes; both for as long as the law requires, together with your name and email so those records stay attributable; and records of marketing consent and unsubscribe requests, kept at least three years to meet CASL requirements. Retained records are kept only for those purposes.
We also clear the bodies of saved transactional emails sent to you by the studio handling your request. Delivery metadata, including bounce and complaint records, stays to prevent unwanted resends. Independently of a deletion request, our daily retention job clears saved message bodies older than 365 days.
We confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need more time or cannot fully delete certain records (for example, where retention is legally required), we will let you know and explain why.
